Your Mac Mini ships with everything inside. To set it up on day one, have these on hand at the location where it'll live.

• Monitor
  Any HDMI display. The unit ships with HDMI; if your screen is USB-C only, use the included adapter.
• Keyboard
  USB or Bluetooth. Wired is simpler for first boot.
• Mouse or trackpad
  USB or Bluetooth, your preference.
• Internet
  Ethernet preferred (faster onboarding). WiFi works — have the network name + password ready.
• Power outlet
  One free socket within reach.

These services power parts of your AI team. We can set most of them up on the call — but registering an email for each saves time and avoids surprise verification steps. Free tiers are fine to start.

One important note: turn off Passkey + 2FA on these accounts during setup. Re-enable after onboarding. Passkey lockouts are the #1 cause of install-day delays.

• ChatGPT Plus
  Required. The AI team uses your OpenAI account so costs stay yours and credits stay portable.
• HeyGen
  Optional. Avatar video generation. Free tier covers a few clips per month.
• ElevenLabs
  Optional. Voice cloning + narration. Free tier OK.
• Buffer (free)
  Social scheduling. Connect your IG / X / LinkedIn here on the call.
• Domain email alias
  An email at your domain (e.g. you@yourbusiness.com) for outbound sending. Use whatever provider you already have — Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace are fine.
• Discord server
  Optional but recommended for notifications. We can either help you create one, or you share login on the call so we set it up for you.

Sharing credentials? Send via WhatsApp the day of the call, then delete the message once we've configured the integration. We never store passwords on our side — they live encrypted on your unit.

   Your unit arrives

   Pre-configured for your business. No software to install. Plug in HDMI, keyboard, mouse, ethernet/WiFi, and power. First boot takes about a minute.

3. STEP 03

   Install-day call

   We get on a screen-share, confirm the integrations, run the first content approval together, and answer any questions. The system is online before you hang up.

4. STEP 04

   Week one

   Your AI team is learning your business. Give it a week. By the end of week one it's drafting in your voice and surfacing the right work for review.
