How long until I’m up and running?
2–4 weeks from contract to delivery. We purchase and configure your Mac Mini, pre-install your AI team, and ship it to your door. You power it on, complete a 5-minute onboarding wizard, and your AI team is live.
What do I need to set up myself?
Almost nothing. The onboarding wizard asks your name, business, goals, and timezone — then you connect an AI provider. We accept most of what you might already pay for: Anthropic, OpenAI (ChatGPT subscription or API key), OpenRouter, and a few others — pick whichever fits. ElevenLabs (voice) and HeyGen (avatar video) are optional. That’s it. No terminal, no config files, no technical setup.
What comes pre-built vs. what I customise?
Your AI team ships with every department pre-configured with general knowledge — copywriting frameworks, sales methodologies, platform training. We ship improvements continuously and push them to every client automatically. Your own business context compounds over time as you use the system — tell your AI team what you need and it adapts.
What if I already use other tools?
Your AI team connects to your existing stack. If a platform has API access, your system integrates it automatically. We already ship with GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and more pre-configured.
Is this a finished product?
AI Wealth Hub is in active pilot. You get early-access pricing, direct input into the roadmap, and every update we ship makes your system more capable — pushed automatically. Knowledge syncs daily with zero effort from you. We onboard a small number of clients each month so every install gets proper white-glove attention.
How does this compare to hiring the people instead?
